Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is seeking a passionate Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. You will deliver a range of prestige treatments in a serene waterfront setting and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy.
• Excellent time management.
• Desire to work in a team as well as autonomously.
• Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited (desirable).
• National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of luxury spa treatments including massage, facial, body scrub/wrap, manicure and pedicure.
• Maintain a high level of customer care and service quality.
• Understand the spa menu and offer treatments and homecare to meet guests' goals; help reach retail targets.
