Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Perth invites a passionate Spa Therapist to join our luxury team on a part-time basis. Located at 1 Barrack Street, this waterfront setting delivers exceptional spa experiences to guests seeking relaxation and renewal.

You will perform luxury treatments, maintain the highest standards, and contribute to retail targets while embracing The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy is required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
• Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited is desirable.
• National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury spa treatments including massage, facials, body scrubs/wraps, manicures and pedicures.
• Maintain a high level of customer care and guest satisfaction.
• Understand spa menu and offer treatments/homecare to guests’ goals.
• Reach weekly/monthly retail targets as set by Spa Manager.
