Job summary

The Langham, Sydney is seeking a dynamic Casual Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional guest care in a luxury hotel setting. You will demonstrate outstanding massage skills and customer service, working as part of a collaborative spa team within a 5-star property.

Qualifications include a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy, strong grooming, and the ability to upsell and engage guests.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and outstanding customer service skills

• The ability to be proactive in terms of re-booking/upselling and retailing.
• Experience in similar position within an international 5-star hotel or luxury resort is preferred.
• 2-5 years or more experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
