Alba Thermal Springs in Fingal, Victoria, is seeking Casual Kitchen Hands for a fast-paced kitchen at Thyme restaurant. Duties include dishwashing, rubbish removal and bench cleaning; midweek, evening and weekend availability is required.

You should have experience in a similar role, be guest-centric, a team player with a positive attitude, and possess excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills. Working rights in Australia are required.

The Opportunity

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme's menu has been created showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula's many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We are looking for Casual Kitchen Hands to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties include: dishwashing, removing rubbish, cleaning benches.

Midweek, evening and weekend availability required.

• You have experience in a similar role
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
