Job summary

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa in Fingal, Victoria, is expanding its luxury Spa team and inviting passionate Spa Therapists to join our award-winning destination. You will deliver facials, massage and body treatments, creating deeply restorative experiences for guests.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, work with premium brands Vanessa Megan and Sodashi, and enjoy a rotational roster with flexible days across a 7-day operation from 10am to 7pm.

• Recent experience as a beauty/massage therapist.
• Experienced and confident in facials, massage and body treatments.
• Previous experience in a 5 star Spa Property is highly regarded.

Job description

We are expanding our team in the Spa team and invite passionate, experienced Spa Therapists to join our luxury wellness destination. In this role, you will deliver exceptional facials, massage, and body treatments, creating deeply restorative experiences for our guests.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in our bespoke spa rituals, working exclusively with premium brands Vanessa Megan and Sodashi.

The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Availability on Friday, Saturday and Mondays highly desirable.

Full-time, part-time and casual roles available.

About You

• You have recent experience as a beauty/massage therapist
• You are experienced and confident in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments
• You have previous experience in a 5 star Spa Property (highly regarded)
• You have a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
