Job summary

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa in Fingal, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, is seeking Bar & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will work across Thyme restaurant, barista and bar areas, delivering exceptional service to guests in our spa, outdoor bathing areas and lounge.

Ideal candidates have an RSA, experience in a similar environment, and a passion for food and drinks. A guest-centric attitude, strong communication and reliable, responsible work ethic are

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, engaging service across barista, bar and venue areas.
• Accurately prepare and promptly deliver food and beverage orders (coffee, wine, cocktails).
• Work with Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across service areas.

Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent treatments in the award-winning spa and all-day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba's beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.

The Opportunity

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme's menu has been created showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula's many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We're expanding our team and looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Bar & Beverage Attendants to join us.

As a Bar & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across the barista and bar areas of our restaurant,

Thyme, while also providing exceptional beverage service to guests enjoying our outdoor bathing areas and Spa Lounge. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering consistent exceptional and engaging service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Accurately preparing and promptly delivering food and beverage orders, including coffee, wine and cocktails.
• Working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team, communicating effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across all service and venue areas.

We will

provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster, weekend availability including Saturdays, is a must.

• You have an RSA certificate
• You have experience in a similar environment
• You have a passion for food and drinks
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
