Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join our team and create memorable wellness experiences for our guests.

You’ll play an important role in delivering personalised treatments while creating a calm and welcoming environment where every guest feels relaxed, valued and cared for.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver massages, facials and wellness treatments to a high standard
• Create a calm and welcoming experience for every guest
• Recommend treatments and products based on individual guest needs
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and spa presentation
• Respond to guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa

Qualifications

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage or Certificate IV in Massage
• Previous spa or wellness experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, wellness practices and products
• A calm, professional and guest-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• A genuine passion for wellness and hospitality
• Fullworking rights in Australia
