Job summary

AGnVET Services Group in Southern NSW is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow our southern NSW territory. You will develop tailored account plans, build and maintain key relationships, and drive sales with regular travel to customer sites across the region.

You will manage forecasts, pursue cross-selling opportunities across insurance, irrigation and animal health solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to meet financial targets while championing safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and growth planning.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored account management, customer retention and growth plans to achieve sales, gross profit, market share and product performance targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships through cross-selling products and services including insurance, irrigation and animal health solutions.
• Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders resulting in meeting key financial metrics.
• Act as the commercial contact for key accounts, obtaining forecasts, quoting prices, securing orders and providing customers with updates on supply and logistics.
• Build accurate forecasts based on customer/market knowledge and sales analysis.
• Champion safety and compliance requirements.
