Job summary

SSP Australia is seeking experienced Production Chefs to join our main Production Kitchen at Sydney Airport T2 on a Full-time or Part-time basis. You will work alongside a professional Head Chef and an experienced culinary team, supported by strong leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to confidently manage the pass, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, food safety and kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar kitchen environment.
• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
• Food Handlers Certificate (Essential).
• Experience working in a large or high-volume kitchen team.
• Confident in cooking and managing the pass.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the pass and support the Head Chef.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen operations.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and WHS practices are followed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support production targets.
