Qualifications

• Valid Blue Card, First Aid & CPR or willing to obtain.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens; leadership experience valued.
• Calm, organized under pressure with a focus on safety.
• Passion for mentoring others and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations as the 2IC to our Head Chef.
• Maintain high food quality, consistency, and safety standards.
• Coach and develop a team of Cooks to elevate skills.
• Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration.
• Set the tone during busy services and create a positive team culture.
• Ensure every guest enjoys a great food experience, every time.
