Job summary

The Bald Rock Hotel in Rozelle, one of Sydney's oldest pubs, is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will work in a small close-knit team, ensuring high-quality food and strict standards in a busy kitchen.

Minimum 3 years' experience and a Certificate IV in commercial cookery are required. You will help with menu planning, food budgets and labour costs, oversee food preparation, and manage rosters, hiring, and training while maintaining stock

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in commercial cookery is required.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in kitchen.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with menu planning and labour costs.
