Job summary

Slipstream Brewing Co. is seeking a talented Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie for its busy kitchen in Queensland. You will lead service, train staff, and step in for the Head Chef when needed while upholding high food-safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, have a calm, professional approach, and are available for weekends and nights with full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• A natural leader who can run service, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Strong food safety knowledge and high personal standards.
• Positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Available for a flexible roster including weekends and nights.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities
