The North Eastern Hotel Benalla is seeking a full-time Chef to join our team in Benalla, Victoria. You will be responsible for preparing meals and maintaining high food safety standards while contributing to menu development and special events.

Based in a regional town, this role offers a collaborative kitchen environment, competitive salaries, staff discounts, and meal allowances for a dedicated hospitality professional.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar hospitality environment.
• Formal culinary training or qualifications in Commercial Cookery
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
• Must be Australian resident - not offering sponsorship at this stage
