The Lucky Hotel in NSW is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our award-winning venue. You will report to the Head Chef, support daily kitchen operations and lead the team in their absence, while having input into menu creation.

Job description

The Lucky Hotel is an award-winning venue with a strong food, beverage, gaming and accommodation offering.

Our food offering was recently highly commended at the AHANSW Hospitality awards for pub dining, and we are looking to build on that success.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Sous Chef. As the Sous Chef, you will report to the Head Chef of the Venue. You will also support the Head Chef on day to day operations of the kitchen and lead the time in their absence. You will also have the opportunity to have input in menu creations.
