Job summary

Dragonfly Technologies is seeking a sorter at Altona Station to help unload, scan and sort parcels for on-time delivery across Australia. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment, showing strong attention to detail and reliability for early morning starts.

The role requires lifting up to 20 kg and standing for a 4-hour shift, with some prior transport or warehousing experience preferred but not essential. Monday–Friday shifts offer stable hours and growth opportunities.

About the Role:

As a Sorter at our Altona Station, you will help to ensure packages are sorted efficiently and accurately for timely delivery. You will have demonstrated experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and display a strong attention to detail.

You will work alongside a team to unload trucks, scan and label each package, and sort all parcels by route number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Shifts available: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 9:00am. A minimum availability of three weekdays is required.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Unload, scan, label and sort parcels accurately by route number to support smooth and timely deliveries.

• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Be physically comfortable lifting parcels up to 20 kg and standing or moving for the duration of a 4-hour shift.

• Bring reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude, with dependable transport for early morning starts.

• Previous experience in transport, distribution or warehousing is highly regarded, but not essential - we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
