Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network in Mount Isa invites a skilled Sonographer to join our hospital-based imaging team. You will perform a broad spectrum of ultrasound exams and work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in a regional setting.

Qualifications

About the Role

Working as part of our busy hospital-based imaging service, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload that will challenge and develop your skills. You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations while working closely with medical specialists, radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

The service performs approximately 150 procedures each day across multiple modalities, creating an environment where no two days are the same. Sonographers gain exposure to a diverse mix of routine, complex and acute examinations, offering a unique opportunity to rapidly expand their clinical expertise in a truly regional healthcare setting.

You'll be supported by an experienced and stable team with a strong callobarative culture, committed to delivering exceptional patient care to the local community.
