Job summary

The Radiology Clinic in Maroochydore and Forest Glen is seeking Sonographers for a permanent, full‑time or part‑time role. You will contribute to a full ultrasound service including general, musculoskeletal, vascular and obstetric studies, with a focus on MSK, vascular and interventional work.

With modern equipment and a collaborative team, you will educate and grow as a sonographer while delivering high‑quality patient care and working both independently and as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Registration with ASAR as a general sonographer is required.
• Current ASAR registration with clinical practice.
• Ability to perform complex ultrasound examinations independently.
• Ability to work well in a team and also autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of ultrasound examinations across general, MSK, vascular and obstetric studies.
• Focus on musculoskeletal, vascular and interventional studies as priorities.
• Contribute to education and growth of the sonography team.
• Operate modern ultrasound equipment and maintain patient care standards.

A fantastic opportunity exists for eager and passionate Sonographers at The Radiology Clinic, Maroochydore and Forest Glen, on a permanent, full-time OR part-time basis. The Radiology Clinic is a locally owned and operated purpose-built medical imaging and procedural clinic. Our Radiologists are well known in the community, trusted by referrers, and share a belief in a locally delivered collaborative radiology service.

The role

The Radiology Clinic offers an ultrasound service that includes a full range of general, musculoskeletal, vascular, and obstetric examinations.

There is a strong focus on musculoskeletal, vascular, and interventional studies. Our preference is for a candidate who shares our interest in these areas.

With generous examination times, top-tier equipment (Canon i800 Prism), and pleasant personal workstations with electronic worksheets (Kailo), the sonography team enjoys a collegiate atmosphere.

A successful candidate must be dedicated to education and growth as a sonographer.

• A qualification enabling registration with the ASAR as a general sonographer.
