Job summary

Hunter Street Hospitality is seeking an experienced Sommelier for Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth to elevate our beverage program and guest dining experiences with expert wine service.

You will collaborate with a team of wine professionals across a premium dining environment, bringing extensive wine knowledge and contributing to a standout guest journey.

This role offers opportunities to grow within a network of 15 brands and 40 venues, with supportive leadership and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sommelier in a premium dining environment.
• Extensive understanding of international wines, spirits and beers.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with wine experts.

What We’re Looking For

An experienced Sommelier with strong communication skills to work closely with a team of wine experts to enhance our guest’s dining experiences through beverage service.

• Experience:Experience as a Sommelier in a premium dining environment.
• Knowledge:Extensive understanding of international wines, spirits and beers.
• Certification:WSET Level 2 or CMS certification is preferred
