Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the future of Residential Aged Care technology platforms across our network as part of the RAC Digital Blueprint. The role, on a 12-month fixed-term full-time basis, involves leading options analysis and designing future state Nursecall, access control, CCTV, and mobility solutions across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with business, clinical, operations and technology stakeholders to ensure secure, connected, and practical

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering solution architecture across complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience designing or supporting site-based platforms such as Nursecall, access control, CCTV, mobility, communications or telephony solutions.
• Ability to engage and influence senior business, clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Residential Aged Care technology platform initiatives.
• Develop options analysis and future state designs for Nursecall, Access Management, CCTV, mobile devices, unified communications and telephony platforms.
• Assess technology, commercial and operating model options, including device procurement models and supportability considerations.
• Design end-to-end solutions across applications, integration, data, infrastructure, networks, security and site-based technology environments.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and technical decision forums aligned to enterprise standards and site requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance across procurement, build, test, deployment and transition to operations.
