Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the future state of Residential Aged Care technology platforms. You will lead options analysis and design across Nursecall, access control, CCTV, mobiles, and telephony in a 12-month full-time role, collaborating with clinical, operations and IT stakeholders.

With TOGAF or equivalent certification desirable, you will produce future state designs, guide procurement and deployment, and ensure secure, supportable solutions across

• Proven experience delivering solution architecture for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyse options and produce future state designs.
• Experience with site-based platforms such as Nursecall, access control, CCTV, mobility, communications or telephony.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Residential Aged Care technology platform initiatives.
• Develop options analysis and future state designs for Nursecall, Access Management, CCTV, mobile devices, unified communications and telephony platforms.
• Assess technology, commercial and operating model options, including device provisioning and supportability considerations.
• Design end-to-end solutions across applications, integration, data, infrastructure, networks, security and site-based environments.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and technical decision forums aligned to enterprise standards and site requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance across procurement, build, test, deployment and transition to operations.

Working closely with business, clinical, operations and technology stakeholders, you will lead options analysis and solution design activities for critical site-based platforms including Nursecall, Access Management, CCTV, mobile devices, unified communications and telephony.
