We have partnered with a leading Australian consultancy to support them in hiring an experienced Solutions Architect for a major identity project for one of their transport-focused clients. This is a multi-year project with high chances of extensions.

The Project

You’ll be working alongside another Solutions Architect helping design secure API-led integrations between multiple systems in a cloud environment. You’ll be maintaining and evolving architecture artefacts around APIs (REST), Integration patterns (Microservices/event-driven), Identity Protocols (OAuth/OpenID), and security (PKI, Encryption), all of which is aligned to strict global standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Solutions Architecture experience on complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Regulated industry background (Transport experience is highly regarded)
• Strong experience in API (REST) and integration design
• Hands‑on experience with identity protocols - OAuth & OpenID Connect
• Security Architecture experience - PKI & Encryption
• Strong team collaboration with Security, GRC and Quality engineering teams
• Experience in producing and maintaining architecture artefacts

Nice to Have

• Experience with ISO/IEC 18013‑5 / 18013‑7
• Experience with verifiable credentials, digital wallets or mobile identity solutions
