Job summary

Tallentire O'Flynn Movsowitz is seeking a Senior Solution Designer to translate business and project requirements into technology solutions, bridging architecture and delivery teams in Sydney.

You will own solution design from concept through to implementation, guide squads, engineers and tech leads through design decisions, produce documentation and artefacts, present options and justify recommendations, and engage stakeholders for approvals.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Presentation and visual communication skills
• Stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions
• Mental flexibility and openness to feedback
• Confidence to challenge existing thinking
• Understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, enterprise technology landscapes, database concepts, and API design and integration
• Experience operating in enterprise-scale environments
• Financial services experience strongly desired
• Wealth management experience (bonus, not mandatory)
