We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Data & Integration team to design scalable, secure integration solutions that translate business needs into practical blueprints for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IT with 3–5 years focused on integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex integration projects using middleware, iPaaS, APIs, and messaging platforms.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerised environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Azure certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions that balance scalability, maintainability, and performance, translating requirements into architectural blueprints and technical specs.
• Select and optimise integration platforms; drive API management, middleware, and orchestration tooling.
• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to monitor, support, and maintain integrations from release to production.
• Incorporate security and compliance into each integration by design using modern authentication standards.
• Partner with business analysts, architects, and product owners to align technical and business outcomes; lead cross-functional workshops.

We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our Data & Integration team and design the connections that let our customers' systems, data, and processes work as one. You'll architect integration solutions that are scalable, secure, and built to last, translating business needs into practical blueprints that our delivery teams can build against.

What You'll Do

You'll act as a trusted advisor, bridging business and technology, and bringing forward the emerging approaches that keep our customers' integration landscape resilient and ready for what's next. You're curious about better ways to solve integration problems and stay close to emerging technology and trends. You keep the end-user and business outcome front of mind, even when the technical detail gets complex.

• Design integration solutions that balance scalability, maintainability, and performance, and translate requirements into clear architectural blueprints and technical specifications
• Select and optimise integration platforms, and drive the adoption of API management, middleware, and orchestration tools that keep systems connected and secure
• Work with delivery and operations teams to keep integration services monitored, supported, and performing, from release through to production
• Build security and compliance into every integration by design, using modern authentication standards and identifying risks before they become problems
• Partner with business analysts, architects, and product owners to align integration solutions with both technical and business outcomes, and run workshops that bring teams to a shared view

What You'll Bring

You can break down ambiguous challenges into a clear architectural plan, and you build relationships across delivery teams, architects, and business leaders based on open dialogue and mutual respect. When plans need to change, you adapt without losing focus, and you bring what you learn back to the team.

• Around 8 years in enterprise IT, including 3 to 5 years focused on integration architecture
• Hands-on experience delivering complex integration projects using middleware, iPaaS, APIs, and messaging platforms, across cloud-native and hybrid environments
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerised environments
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications, such as Azure certifications, are a plus
