Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a talented Data Architect to partner with customers, translating complex requirements into practical, future‑ready data architectures that deliver measurable value. You will influence presales decisions and shape proposals while working across Microsoft, AWS and modern data platforms.

You will build trusted relationships with executives and technical teams, lead end‑to‑end design, and ensure secure, cost‑effective, scalable solutions that meet governance and data‑driven goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in presales, data solution architecture, or technical consulting within IT and business transformation.
• Proven experience managing the full presales lifecycle, from discovery through to solution design and RFP responses.
• A strong track record designing and presenting enterprise‑level solutions that integrate multiple platforms and cloud services.
• Demonstrated success engaging C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with digital transformation, cloud data platforms, and integration architectures.
• Comfort running client‑facing workshops, proofs‑of‑concept, and tailored data platform demonstrations.
• Industry certifications across relevant data technology domains, such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, or Power BI.
• A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development as data technology keeps evolving.
