Qualifications

Role Description

The Principal Solutions Architect is a permanent role based in Brisbane, QLD, with a hybrid working arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and some work from home. This role leads end-to-end solution design across complex technology and digital delivery initiatives, ensuring architectures are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into solution architectures, guiding integration approaches, and working closely with delivery, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable, standards-driven outcomes.

The Principal Solutions Architect will provide consulting support to senior leaders, mentor other architects and technical specialists, and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices, patterns, and governance. The role also involves producing clear architecture documentation, managing technical risks, and supporting implementation teams to deliver solutions.
