Dentons Australia is seeking a Solicitor to join the Banking & Insolvency Litigation team in Sydney. With 1–2 years’ post-admission experience, you will work on litigation and commercial matters for major banks and financial institutions, gaining exposure to enforcement, insolvency and related disputes.

Responsibilities

• assist with litigious and non-litigious matters involving mortgage enforcement and Personal Property Securities Act securities;
• represent clients in court proceedings;
• support not-for-profit and charity clients with general advisory and litigation matters; and
