Job summary

Bennett Carroll solicitors in Queensland seeks a solicitor to join our practice at either the Stafford or Upper Mount Gravatt office. The role offers flexible/hybrid work from day one and a min salary of AUD 100k FTE, with uncapped salary up to AUD 150,000+.

You will work across wills & estates, litigation, and commercial matters, with training and support from senior colleagues. Ideal candidates will hold a current practising certificate (or be able to obtain one) with 0–4 years post-admission

Qualifications

• Current practising certificate or ability to obtain one
• 0 to 4 years post-admission experience
• Experience in wills and estates highly desirable but not essential
• Strong client relationships and collaborative team approach

Responsibilities

• Handle 60% wills and estates matters
• Handle 20% litigation matters
• Handle 20% commercial matters
• Provide training and ongoing support from Associate and Director level colleagues

Role can be part time or full time and the minimum salary is $100k FTE.

The typical caseload for this position involves60% wills and estates, 20% litigation and 20% commercial. Includes training and ongoing access to support from both Associate and Director level colleagues.
