Job summary

RESINC Solar in Brisbane is seeking an Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative to join our in-person sales team. You’ll receive full training, a base salary plus super, and uncapped commissions as you build your career.

Whether you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, or promotions, if you’re outgoing and coachable, we want to hear from you. No prior sales experience is required, and you’ll be trained to succeed.

Qualifications

• No sales experience? No problem.
• Confident, motivated, and enjoy talking to others.

Responsibilities

• Speak face-to-face with homeowners and create genuine engagement.
• Identify customers who may benefit from solar.
• Book qualified appointments for Solar Specialists.
• Represent the RESINC brand professionally.
• Work toward individual and team targets.
• Receive regular coaching to improve communication and sales skills.
