Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is a field-focused O&M partner delivering turnkey solar PV services from commissioning to decommissioning. This role supervises contractors, performs startup and commissioning tasks, and responds to service calls 24/7 in varied field environments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in related roles or a recent electrical engineering graduate, plus 2 years of supervisory experience and a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a related position or recent electrical engineering graduate.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise contractors in the field to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Respond to customer service calls and on-call duties on a 24/7 basis.
• Coordinate on-site planning, installations, commissioning and testing.
• Maintain documentation, training and compliance with safety procedures.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure use of proper testing equipment.
