The ideal candidate will have practical solar installation or construction exposure, be able to operate basic tools, and work both independently and with supervisors.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated practical experience in solar installation or construction work.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong practical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Reliable attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of commercial and industrial solar systems.
- Support the installation of solar panels and mounting structures.
- Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools.
- Move and handle materials and equipment around the worksite.
- Follow installation instructions, technical drawings and manuals.
- Assist teammates with daily solar installation activities.
- Prepare work areas and complete site clean-up.
- Maintain safe and organized work areas across projects.
- Travel interstate when project requirements arise.
