MACRO Recruitment in Queensland seeks skilled Solar and Battery Installers to perform reliable, safe installations of solar panels and battery storage systems. This full-time permanent role covers the greater Brisbane metropolitan area.

You must hold valid electrical trade qualifications with demonstrated renewable energy installation experience. Expect competitive hourly pay of $60–$70 plus super and ongoing training.

Seeking skilled Solar and Battery Installers to carry out reliable and safe installations of solar panels and battery storage systems. This full-time permanent role is based in the Queensland greater metropolitan area, within a supportive environment focused on professional development.

Role Overview

• Must hold valid electrical trade qualifications with demonstrated experience in renewable energy system installations.
• Hourly pay rate approximately $60 to $70, plus superannuation.
• Position located within a broad Queensland metropolitan region.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake complete installation of solar photovoltaic arrays and associated battery units following safety protocols.
• Perform cable pulling, connection terminations, earthing, and system testing and commissioning tasks.
• Interpret technical and electrical diagrams accurately to inform installation procedures.
• Lead and assist onsite teams to uphold installation quality and efficiency standards.
• Maintain meticulous records and compliance documentation related to installations.
• Engage with clients professionally to ensure clear communication and address any installation queries.
