Job summary

Flywire is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer I to join the StudyLink team in Adelaide. You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, contributing to AI-enhanced software development and fintech-grade security practices.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and global teams to build scalable features and implement client requirements, while growing your coding skills with daily access to premium AI tools and hands-on architecture exposure.

Qualifications

• CS fundamentals required.
• Experience with AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Development: utilise AI tools to read, analyse, refactor, and generate secure, testable code.
• Critical Evaluation: collaborate with senior engineers to assess AI-generated solutions and code against real-world performance and edge cases.
• Global Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams across the globe to meet FinTech security and scalability requirements.
• Client Implementation & Support: assist in the technical implementation for new and existing clients.
• Feature Enhancement: help design and build product enhancements to improve client workflows.
• Lifecycle Participation: participate in continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
