Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Software Engineer to support, monitor, and optimize critical systems including MS Dynamics GP, SQL databases, and BI reporting tools. The role focuses on automation, data processing, ERP migrations, and the development of dashboards and reports to support business objectives in a healthcare

Qualifications

• ERP experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong MS Dynamics Great Plains experience is essential.
• Strong SQL database administration and reporting experience.
• Programming skills are essential.
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, CSV, XML, JSON, and automation tools.
• Power BI skills will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize MS Dynamics GP, SQL databases, reporting tools, integrations, and business-critical systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with external IT partners on server management, patching, updates, and ticket escalation.
• Maintain and improve SQL databases, queries, views, stored procedures, reports, and data processes.
• Develop and maintain SQL back-up schedules, batch jobs, and operational reports.
• Use SQL, PowerShell, APIs, CSV, JSON, and automation tools to improve system efficiency.
• Support API integrations, data imports/exports, and system data exchange.
• Assist with Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence reporting.
