Qualifications

• Current Australian Government NV1 security clearance as a minimum.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining software within complex technical environments.
• Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages, such as C++, C#, Java or Python.
• Experience with software design, APIs, interface development and systems integration.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing and release.
• Experience using Git or equivalent version control and working within established change and configuration management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical specialists and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Current NV2 security clearance.
• Experience supporting Defence, Army or other secure government environments.
• Exposure to battle management systems, tactical networks, command and control systems or C4ISR capabilities.
• Familiarity with iBMS, SitaWare or comparable operational systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking and secure data exchange.
• Relevant qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
