StepInsight is seeking a software engineer who embraces ownership from client conversation to production-ready software. You will design, build, and be accountable for outcomes, not just code, and you will leverage AI as a multiplier to move fast on the 80% while refining the crucial 20%.

Join a lean team solving real client problems with Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, and Firebase, driving RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and deployment workflows using GitHub or Bitbucket.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in core web technologies, including Angular and Firebase.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with NestJS and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and managing SQL databases - MySQL, MSSQL or other relational database experience.
• Experience using automated build and deployment systems such as GitHub, BitBucket.
• Experience in other frameworks or languages is welcome.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience is required for this position.
