Software Development: Design, implement, and test software solutions for logistics‑related tasks.
Code Optimisation: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
System Integration: Integrate various software systems and hardware devices to create a cohesive and efficient logistics platform.
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit and integration tests, and debug software issues.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software design, implementation, and deployment.
Data Visualisation: Assist in the creation of data visualizations and dashboards.
Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and the logistics industry.
Degree in Software Engineering/Mechatronics or similar
Minimum 2 - 3 years professional software development experience
Honour Grads with project experience in C# .Net, SQL considered
Strong proficiency in a programming language (e.g. C#)
Experience with database systems (SQL)
Experience with version control systems (e.g, Mercurial, SVN)
Understanding of software development best practices
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness and availability to travel to customer sites throughout the Asia Pacific region during site commissioning stages (up to 2 months at time)

Collaborative team‑based Developers working on projects encompassing software, configuration, documentation, customer communication and support.
Projects are implemented from start to finish, with developers performing the on‑site commissioning. Projects will start in the office, before final implementation and delivery on customer sites.

Projects conclude with delivering “real” physical systems with moving automation, not just an application.
Full stack development on a tech stack consisting of backend modules utilizing C# and SQL + configuration based building blocks. C# full application GUIs, and Blazor based web. Mixture of legacy + new development tech. Control industrial hardware devices from a logical level.
