We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of highly complex, large-scale warehouse automation and material handling system (MHS) projects.
Based in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane, you will play a key role in delivering strategically critical projects for major clients across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Operating in a fast-paced, technically sophisticated environment, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with advanced automation technologies and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. This is a hands‑on, delivery-focused role where you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from contract award through to commissioning, customer acceptance, and final handover.
Om dig: SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline Proven experience delivering large‑scale, complex engineering, automation, or MHS projects Background in MHS, warehouse automation, FMCG, high-speed packaging, or integrated engineering environments Strong understanding of system layouts, design intent, and integration complexity Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast‑paced environments Solid commercial acumen across contracts, budgets, variations, and cost control Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project or similar PM software) Ability to interpret AutoCAD layouts and system designs Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills Willingness to travel to customer sites locally and interstate
