Job summary

GHD Group is hiring an experienced Software Developer - AI Enablement to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications across our global business. You will translate business needs into scalable AI architectures, integrate Generative AI and ML capabilities, and build robust APIs and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and software architectures.
• Build and integrate Generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions into existing platforms and workflows.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines supporting AI applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solve business challenges.
• Optimize AI models and applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of AI systems.
• Contribute to technical standards, architecture decisions, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the development community.
• Ensure responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and governance requirements are incorporated into solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and software engineering

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Software Developer - AI Enablement to join our team and help shape the future of intelligent solutions across our global business. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services that improve business outcomes, enhance productivity, and create innovative experiences for our people and clients.

You will work closely with product teams, software developers, data professionals, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions, leveraging modern technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, machine learning, cloud services, and intelligent automation.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in software development and solution delivery.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting AI or machine learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies.
• Experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Experience with databases, data engineering practices, and version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Supporting the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization.
