Job summary

GHD seeks an experienced Software Developer - AI Enablement to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that improve business outcomes. You will work with product teams, data professionals, and stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions, leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, cloud services, and intelligent automation.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver API-driven, cloud-native solutions, while ensuring performance, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in software development and solution delivery.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting AI or ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Experience with databases, data engineering practices, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and software architectures.
• Build and integrate Generative AI, ML, and automation into existing platforms.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines for AI apps.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
• Optimize AI models and applications for performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Conduct troubleshooting and performance tuning of AI systems.
• Contribute to standards, architecture decisions and best practices.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the development community.
• Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, security and governance requirements.
