Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across Australia’s national digital health infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering secure, connected health services that improve access to healthcare information.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across enterprise apps, cloud platforms and systems integration, coordinating vendors and internal teams to achieve timely, compliant, and operable solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex ICT solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, large databases and system integration.
• Proven ability to manage technical risks, competing priorities, delivery dependencies and multiple vendors across complex programs.
• Knowledge of delivery and service frameworks (Agile, ITSM, SIAM, COBIT or PRINCE2).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication with technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Relevant tertiary IT or Engineering degree; healthcare tech/API integration experience is highly regarded.

• Provide technical leadership and governance to ensure architecture, security, operational and compliance requirements are met.
• Drive improvements in DevOps practices, delivery standards and systems integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, product, operations and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term readiness.

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience delivering complex ICT solutions within large-scale enterprise environments, including significant technical delivery leadership experience.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, large database environments and complex systems integration.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery across solution design, development, testing, implementation and operational transition.
• Proven ability to manage technical risks, competing priorities, delivery dependencies and multiple vendors across complex technology programs.
• Sound knowledge of technology delivery and service management frameworks, including Agile, SDLC, ITSM, SIAM, COBIT or PRINCE2.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in healthcare technology, API integration or digital health environments will be highly regarded.
