Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex ICT initiatives for Australia's national digital health infrastructure. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across enterprise applications, cloud platforms and system integration, coordinating multiple vendors and internal teams to achieve secure, reliable health information services.

Qualifications

Extensive ICT project delivery experience in large enterprise environments.
Strong cloud, databases and systems integration knowledge.
Experience leading end-to-end delivery from design to operation.
Knowledge of Agile, ITSM, SIAM, COBIT or PRINCE2.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery across enterprise apps and cloud platforms.
Oversee solution design, testing, implementation and operational transition.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
Manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges across initiatives.
Provide technical leadership ensuring architecture, security and compliance.
Drive DevOps improvements and integration capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
