Darling Downs Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker to deliver advanced counselling, assessment and case management within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll advocate for equitable access to care and help shape services that respond to community needs.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, families and healthcare partners, drive quality improvement and share your expertise to support evidence-based practice across the team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Social Work and eligibility for, or membership with, the AASW.
• Strong experience in counselling, case management and complex clinical practice.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive approach to service improvement, quality outcomes and evidence-based practice.
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations within community or sexual health settings is a plus.
