About the roleThe purpose of the role is to provide high level clinical leadership and evidence based Social Work clinical services in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Professional Practice Standards and Code of Ethics. Working as a sole Social Worker within a multidisciplinary environment, this position provides leadership to achieve optimum psychosocial outcomes for consumers families and carers within the West Moreton area.The position may be required to work in various rural facilities across West Moreton Health.
