West Moreton Health in Queensland seeks a qualified social worker to provide complex clinical case work to culturally and linguistically diverse clients in the Oncology outpatient service, assessing psychosocial needs and delivering evidence-informed care.

You will work independently to support families and carers, maintain professional practice under the AASW code of ethics, and participate in CPD, supervision, and research to meet professional standards.
