Qualifications

A unique opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to work with one of Australia's largest life insurers and help support their claimants through some of life's most challenging moments.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dealing with the vulnerable in the community, with skills and knowledge when it comes to community resourcing involves assessing a client's circumstances, needs and level of risk, identifying their existing strengths and support networks, and then identifying and coordinating appropriate services and resources within the community to address any gaps in support and improve their safety and wellbeing. All training on insurance, product and policy information will be provided upon commencement.

You will play a pivotal role in helping people reclaim their health, independence and confidence during some of life's most challenging moments. By partnering closely with internal teams, this role shapes meaningful recovery and rehabilitation pathways that support sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.
