Job summary

Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service in Toowoomba is seeking a qualified Social Worker to support adults on their mental health recovery journey. You will deliver evidence-informed interventions, advocate for consumers and families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen care planning and pathways to recovery.

As a Social Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting adults on their mental health recovery journey. From delivering evidence-informed interventions to advocating for individuals and families, you'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team to create positive outcomes and strengthen pathways to recovery.
