BlueCare Maryborough Community Care in Maryborough is seeking a Social Worker on a permanent full-time basis. You will deliver social work services, provide specialist and clinical support, and help enhance clients’ quality of life and wellbeing across community care settings.
You will develop treatment and intervention plans, manage complex cases, and offer counselling and education to clients and carers, contributing to a trusted, caring team.
We're currently inviting applications from energetic, passionate and highly capable Social Workers to join our team.
You will provide our clients with Social Worker services with specialist advice and clinical services to improve their quality of life and well-being!
This includes developing and implementing treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events and education & support for clients and carers.
