Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or higher in Social Work (AQF 7+).
• Eligibility for enrolment with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• 5 years of post graduate experience in social work roles.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for field education placements and coordinate student support.
• Conduct site visits and evaluations with supervisors and students.
• Maintain placement records and assess student performance; address issues promptly.
• Uphold educational and ethical standards and promote reflective learning through supervision.
