Job summary

Princess Polly, a global fashion brand with offices in Los Angeles and on Australia's Gold Coast, is seeking a Social Responsibility Reporting Lead to drive sustainability data strategy and carbon reporting across the business.

You will build AI-powered reporting systems, deliver external disclosures (CDP, Textile Exchange, Impact Report) and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Social Responsibility to ensure accurate, auditable data and compliant ESG reporting.

Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience in sustainability reporting or ESG.
• Experience leading disclosures such as CDP, TCFD, GRI.
• Strong data analytics and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability reporting program (CDP, Textile Exchange, Impact Report).
• Build and optimise AI-powered reporting hub with automation.
• Own governance, dashboards, and reporting systems across the business.
• Lead carbon reporting including Scope 1-3 and SBTi.
• Develop Environmental Management System with AI-driven data collection.
• Monitor evolving sustainability regulations affecting reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Social Responsibility to improve reporting.

As our Social Responsibility Reporting Lead, you'll lead our global sustainability reporting program, environmental data strategy and carbon reporting, while building AI-powered systems that transform how we measure, manage and communicate our impact.

Working cross-functionally with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Social Responsibility, you'll ensure our sustainability data is accurate, trusted and ready for an evolving regulatory landscape.

What You'll Do

• Lead Princess Polly's sustainability reporting program, delivering high-quality external disclosures including CDP, Textile Exchange and our annual Impact Report.
• Build and optimise our AI-powered reporting hub, using automation to streamline reporting, improve data quality and create audit-ready processes.
• Own our sustainability data governance, dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring trusted, accessible data across the business.
• Lead our carbon reporting, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, Science Based Targets (SBTi) reporting and annual footprint verification.
• Develop and evolve our Environmental Management System (EMS), using AI and automation to improve environmental data collection and reporting.
• Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and help ensure our reporting continues to meet evolving global requirements.
• Partner across Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Social Responsibility to continuously improve sustainability reporting and performance.

What You'll Bring

• 6 years' experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, environmental data or a related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating sustainability disclosures such as CDP, Textile Exchange, ASRS, TCFD, GRI or similar reporting frameworks.
• An understanding of carbon accounting, greenhouse gas reporting or environmental performance data.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel, Google Sheets and data management systems.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI and automation to improve reporting processes and solve complex problems.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a global business.
• Experience in fashion, retail or consumer goods is advantageous, but not essential.
