Job summary

Hatch is seeking a mid-career Social Procurement and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator based in Perth, Western Australia. You will join the Environment, People and Place team to support social procurement, local content, Indigenous participation, and sustainability services across major projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of mid-career experience preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with social procurement frameworks and reporting.
• Indigenous participation and supplier diversity programs knowledge.
• Stakeholder and community engagement planning and delivery.
• Social impact and social value assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social procurement, local content and Indigenous participation initiatives across major projects.
• Embed social procurement requirements into project delivery with procurement, contracts and project teams.
• Monitor, analyse and report on social procurement, workforce participation and supplier diversity outcomes.
• Collect and interpret project performance data to support compliance, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Support supplier engagement, industry briefings and capability-building activities.
• Assist in the delivery of stakeholder and community engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations and client-facing documentation.
• Contribute to social value assessments, ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including procurement, engineering, environment, sustainability and planning.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation initiatives and AUA and global Environment, People and Place activities.
